Terms & Conditions with reference to your stay with us. Please read carefully.


    1. Your ID proof at the time of Check-in.

    2. Cancellation Policy: You may request a rescheduling of your booking by submitting your request at info@themishouse.in atleast 3 days before your confirmed booking. Rescheduling will be honoured subject to availability of room on the proposed date.
    • Money refund is not possible in any of the above given cases.
    • On Saturday Rescheduling will not be entertained.
    • In any ungovernable situation, if we are unable to oblige your booking and cancel it, we shall reimburse the amount paid by you.

    3. Payment Terms: Themis Mudhouse will bill you in advance whenever you use any of the paid Services whenever offered/ordered. You shall pay Themis Mudhouse minimum Rs 1000 for minibar menu/security as advance which is refundable if services are not availed. You shall also pay any taxes imposed by governmental agencies of whatever kind and imposed with respect to all transactions.

    4. Kindly note that items of minibar are chargeable.

    5. Kids Below 5 Years of age are complimentary with parents. Kids between 6-11 years will be charged and kids of 12 years and above will be charged as adult.

    6. We call our guests a day before their check-in for confirmation. However you are also requested to call us again a day before your stay for confirmation of timings, route, address etc.

    7. All Activities are operational from 9 am - 9 pm.

    8. Swimming Costume is mandatory.

    9. Live singing is available from 6:30 pm till 9 pm on all days of the week except Tuesday.

    10. This property is pet unfriendly. Guests are advised not to bring their pets along. Your booking shall stand cancelled if you carry a pet along.

    11. A'la-carte menu is available in room for room service (on chargeable basis).

    12. We don’t take stags bookings. Your booking shall stand cancelled if it is a stags group.

    13. Kitchen closes at 10:30 pm.

    14. Some activities may not be functional due to reasons beyond our control.

    15. Menu is subject to change without any prior notice.

    16. If lockdown is imposed and property is closed due to that before your booking date,then the amount paid by you will be adjusted against your future booking when things get back to normal. However refund is not allowed in any case.
